We’re so honored to be able to offer a full week of healing! Thursday, the magical @freeurbreath_urasswillfollow will host liberation movement, “a communal exploration of free movement -- an opportunity to transcend self and culturally imposed limitations / a non judgmental group practice for improving our patterns alone and in community.” After, our resident botanist and plant mama @ambertamm will ground us in an earth based meditation.  In her own words, ” I'm Amber Tamm Canty. I am a Brooklyn woman and identify as a young, black, women farmer and a nature based educator. My work is to guide communities near and far, especially low income and communities of color, to grow food and empower the youth through direct engagement with the earth. I have been farming for the last 2 years. My previous experiences are all rooted in art & museum education. I offer a common ground for art, food, plants and healing. Aside from my personal work, I am a co-founder to the up & coming land Echo Treee. As a young girl in Brooklyn, I always craved more nature in my life and as I grew up I never found any opportunities to be in nature. " Her work is a powerful testament to the healing powers of connecting to the Earth. On Friday, @analise.jpg will guide us through a trauma informed yoga practice for recovery, and Sunday @nielleekat and @terrestrialrootsco will hold space for our CBD YOGA fusion class. This particular session will also be a fundraiser for families being separated at the border, join us for healing the earth and healing ourselves!
